Bring a soft measuring tape across the fullest part of your bust without it being too tight or loose. Ensure the tape is at the same level all the way around.
Waist:
Wrap the tape around your narrowest part of your torso, keeping it parallel to the floor. Relax and breathe out before you measure to ensure accuracy.
Hips:
Stand with your feet together. Bring the measuring tape around your body to the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight.
