Shipping
We ship to Germany, the European Union, and worldwide. The standard shipping rates are as follows:
- Germany: free
- Europe: 15 €
- Worldwide: 25 €
Shipping is free on orders over 120 €.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 2-8 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-15 business days
The express shipping rates are as follows:
- Europe: 30 €
- Worldwide: 60 €
Shipping is 15 & 35 € accordingly on orders over 120 €.

- Europe: 1-4 business days
- Rest of the World: 4-8 business days
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice.
Duties and Taxes
For customers within the European Union, there are no customs charges applied. However, for international orders outside the European Union, there might be additional duties and taxes imposed when your order arrives at your destination country. Please be aware that any such additional charges are your responsibility. For further information, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.
Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you're required to return the purchased item within 30 calendar days from its receipt. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no damage whatsoever. This applies also for the premium packaging.
We are happy to provide you with a return label. Please contact us for that, and we would appreciate it if you include the reason for the return so we can improve our products and services.
In Germany, refunds are provided at no cost to you. For other regions, the cost of a return is equivalent to the original shipping fee, regardless of whether the initial delivery was free or not.
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we will proceed to process your refund. This includes the price for the clothing piece, not for the delivery. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that for credit card payments, it might take between 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
If the item is found to be damaged in any way, or if the return is initiated beyond the 30-calendar-day period, you will not qualify for a refund.
Bespoke Products
Please note that we are not responsible for bespoke products made to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Once we start working with the information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
